I'm having a wonderful time here! The staff is incredible. Our room is beautiful and sparkling clean. Everything is so modern and updated. I cannot say enough good things. We leave Wednesday, and I regret not booking an extra day.

There really is nothing else to compare this amazing peppery too. If you want the ultimate family vacation that has something for everyone (literally) then this is it. Art buffs, golfers, animal lovers, gamblers, hikers, bowlers.... And on and on. Throw first class service and food on top of all that and you'll understand why this is such an amazing place.

I chose this place because of the childcare/babysitting they offer. My 1 year old did great, and I felt like I left him in capable and safe hands. It was an amazing resort with everything you need in one area. The spa was fantastic, and we appreciated the adult only swimming pool and large hot tub. A bit on the pricey side, however it's what to expect with a resort. Next time I'm bringing my own alcohol.

Such a beautiful property with lots of things to see and do, even in the winter months. My wife and I stayed in the Chateau. Our room was extremely spacious and inviting. The bathroom was also very spacious, featuring a jetted tub and a separate shower. Throughout the Chateau and Lodge there were so many areas to explore and take in the beautiful art collection. The food at both the Tavern, located in the Lodge, and Apex, located in the Sundial Lodge, was so delicious. Our dinner wasn't complete though until we made a stop at PJ's Ice Cream Parlor for a scoop or two. Of the flavors my wife and I tasted, there wasn't one I didn't like. Overall, my experience at Nemacolin was fantastic, but the highlight of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From the hotel staff to the shuttle drivers, they made my wife and I feel absolutely welcome.

I'm still giving it 5 stars even though we had a hard time getting housekeeping during our short stay. Also, the fridge in our room was on the wrong setting and the drinks were frozen. When I moved a Sprite to put my leftovers in, it exploded. Other than that, the grounds and staff are very friendly and professional, easily accessible, and the interior decorating is beautiful - somehow elegant and whimsical at the same time. The room service food was very good. Our room was beautiful and immaculate. We look forward to returning someday, and I definitely recommend this place.
